Maurice brings over 20 years of experience conducting choirs, orchestras, and large-scale events—an art form that has shaped him into a gifted communicator, skilled negotiator, and thoughtful leader.

 

Trained in Choral Conducting at the prestigious Eastman School of Music, he approaches every real estate transaction much like a musical ensemble: supporting each “player,” coordinating moving parts with clarity, and leading the process toward a beautiful, satisfying finish.

In addition to his artistic background, Maurice has a lifelong connection to homebuilding. Raised in the construction world, he learned the craft of decorative masonry from his father and absorbed design sensibilities from his mother. This hands-on foundation gives him a keen eye for quality and a deep appreciation for what makes a home truly exceptional.
